Began her life in the Recruitment Industry in 1984 and has just celebrated 20 years in the business.
Ginny was a senior manager by the age of 26 working for Xpert (Now Kelly Services).
She then expanded her knowledge to include Training and Development, managing a duel role in Recruitment and Training Consultancy.
She has developed and run training seminars all over the world, working for such notable companies as Renault, Ford, Canon, and the Governments of Tanzania, Kenya and Great Britain.
